Apros Black Forest Vermouth
In the Black Forest, Apros focus on the essentials. That’s why Apros Black Forest vermouths are natural and honest. Made with carefully selected wines from the Kaiserstuhl, where only Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir grapes are used for the production and enhanced with exciting botanicals and local wine distillates.
The vinification takes place at the Weingut Freiherr von Gleichenstein.

Apros Rosé Vermouth
Base
A Cuvée of Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir with an ingenious balance between acidity and sweetness. Refined with mild-fruity aromas of pink pepper, the tangy-sweetness of angelica root and rosemary. Typical burgundy-style Rosé in colour, combining flavours of bitter orange, a mild spiciness and herbal character, with delicate bitter notes in a long and flowing finish.

Apros Red Vermouth
Base
Pinot Noir from the Kaiserstuhl, matured in large wooden barrels and barrique, with rounded tannins and fruity aromas of local cherries. Refined with refreshing citrus aromas of bergamot and cardamom, the sweet and savoury flavour of cinnamon and well balanced lavender notes. Ruby red in colour. The taste reminds of the unique flavours of Pinot Noir, with fruity-floral touches and pleasant bitter tones.

Apros White Vermouth
Base
Pinot Gris with aromas of cantaloupe, sweet pear and mirabelle. Refined with crisp nuances of bergamot, subtle hints of spignel and fruity notes of chamomile. Golden yellow in colour, delicate, refreshing and savoury in taste, with typical wormwood flavours. Macerated with local wine distillates.
