Express Red Vermouth, “Vermouth Veloce”, a product for everyday pour. This artisanal made in Italy elixir, combines rich botanicals and aromatic spices to create a bold, complex profile that dances while mixed in cocktails or sipped straight.
Skillfully produced using wine (Vino Trebbiano Bianco di Romagna, Vino Moscato Piemonte), sugar, alcohol, infusion of aromatic herbs and spices (mint, thyme, china calissaia, rosemary, cardamom, oregano, orange peel, lavender).

Ruta Maya Cocolime Rum is silky, warming and fresh thanks to the combination of lightly toasted and creamy coconut, balanced with fresh lime zest.
Double filtered light rum blended with artisanal pressed coconut sourced locally.
The blend is then enhanced with a lime infusion produced by the Belize Citrus factory and a natural sugar cane syrup made onsite.
Ruta Maya Coffee Rum is infused with real roasted coffee beans, deep and intense with a buttery smooth finish.
The coffee beans are carefully sourced from Guatemala using only Pacamara arabica type, which is grown at a veryhigh altitude of no less than 1000 ft.
The Coffee beans are then roasted locally in Belize and pressed into high proof double filtered spirit to extract the chocolate, buttery flavoured notes of this exquisite coffee.
Ruta Maya Rum Ouro has light hints of butterscotch and charcoal with a citrus fruit finish. A natural blend of rums aged 3-5 years in ex Kentucky bourbon casks.
Ruta Maya Rum Blanco is well known for its subtle sweetness, smoothness and a light citrus flavour, made from high-test molasses sourced from the Fairtrade Certified Belize Sugar Industries. The molasses is then naturally fermented, column distilled for a smoother taste.

Our aluminium refill bottle is available in a smaller 500ml size designed to top-up your precious ceramic vessel so that you can always make sure you have a bit of Capri any time you want.
Sustainability is our core value and we’re incredibly proud to share that even this fully recycled/recyclable bottle is also made in Italy 🇮🇹 just like everything we do with Solaro.
The result has been that we’ve kept carbon emissions to the absolute minimum both for shipping the bottles to our distillery as well as then getting them into your hands as they are lightweight.
