More than any other distillate, vodka presents the purest essence of the raw material subjected to fermentation. This is the experience of our vodka, elegant and refined on the palate and rich in the notes that derive from the terroir and the use of Altamura wheat. For this, and many other reasons, we invite you to meet it, we are sure you will love it.
Fireplace is the result of a careful selection of barrels containing Single Malt Triple Distilled from different years, with which the Master Blender has managed to recreate a whiskey with great complexity and elegance.
Tasting Notes
Nose
Fresh notes of green apple and pear, jasmine flowers with a hint of cereals and smoked sour cherries.
Palate
Rich and creamy, hints of white peach and smoke blend with notes of honey and white chocolate.
Finish
Intense, reminiscent of cocoa and custard cream with a slight hint of coffee.
Black Tie is the result of a careful selection of barrels containing Triple Distilled torbato Single Malt and Single Grain from different years, resulting in a whiskey that recalls the legendary peated whiskeys of the last century.
Tasting Notes
Nose
A comforting aroma of honey and red fruit, a slight hint of smoke accompanies notes of walnuts and roasted almonds with a hint of incense.
Palate
Elegant and refined, green notes of sandalwood and smoked pepper blend with hints of vanilla, marshmallow, hazelnuts, and a touch of tropical fruit.
Finish
Surprising and complex, with notes of coffee, liquorice, and cocoa.
Fermento is a fine and precious whisky from the Scottish Lowlands, matured throughout its life in an Oloroso Sherry Puncheon. Single Cask.
Tasting Notes
Nose
A slight memory of cream and strawberry combines with Jamaican pepper, pink grapefruit, and vetiver.
Palate
The entry is a blend of red fruits, with a touch of eucalyptus and a sprinkle of coffee, followed by lactic notes reminiscent of jasmine milk tea. Followed by a charming acidity almost recalling a great French rosé blossoming into a bouquet of dried Damask rose.
Finish
Long and persistent but of great elegance with toasted notes of Ethiopian coffee and raw cocoa.
Brace is a peated whiskey of great complexity produced using traditional Irish triple distillation, matured in an ex-Bourbon Barrel and finally in a cask that has
contained Australian Rum for over 13 years. Single Cask.

Nose
Elegant notes of olive embers, muscovado sugar, paprika, and thyme combine with a slight maritime note.
Palate
Rich and complex, an elegant smoke joins notes of ripe fruit, nutmeg, and green olive, with
the scents of the rum cask such as molasses and esters emerging.
Finish
Particularly long and enveloping, combining wood notes
Servaj is the true Irish whiskey, a mix of barley and malt that, combined with a small percentage of rye and oats, achieves levels of extreme complexity and intensity. Matured in a first fill Oloroso Sherry cask. Single Cask.
Tasting Notes
Nose
Full and enveloping with notes of cherries and papaya, followed by warm scents of orange, raisins, and Italian passito wine.
Palate
Spicy and rounded, notes of leather, tobacco, and red fruit play with hints of chocolate and dates.
Finish
Amazing, warm and sweet notes lead to bittersweet sensations of caper flowers and fresh mint.
Testa Cuore Pancia is a whisky of rare elegance born from one of the oldest distilleries in Scotland, located in the heart of Edinburgh, matured for almost three decades in a first fill ex-Bourbon Barrel. Single Cask.
Tasting Notes
Nose:
A blend of scents that hark back to the past, parchment, damp earth, cocoa beans, incense, and a touch of sweetness reminiscent of a classic grandmother's cake.
Palate:
Fine and elegant, custard cream with notes of heather honey and a hint of oriental woods leading to more elegant notes of Parma violet and fig leaves.
Finish:
The finish is gentle and bids farewell with scents of an old book, wildflowers, and powdered sugar, a whisky that embodies the true essence and scent of Scotland: time.
For more than twenty years we have carried out our experience in sustainable viticulture in Franciacorta: first conventional and since 2015 organic. Symbiotic is our first Organic Franciacorta. This is an important change for the symbiotic project which concretises and completes the path along the road of sustainability that we have always been taken.

Our Franciacorta Brut is the fruit of the knowledge assembly of the company's most representative grapes. From 54 hectares located in each of the six vocational units of Franciacorta, we select the best grapes to then create our cuvée in the cellar.

Express Red Vermouth, “Vermouth Veloce”, a product for everyday pour. This artisanal made in Italy elixir, combines rich botanicals and aromatic spices to create a bold, complex profile that dances while mixed in cocktails or sipped straight.
Skillfully produced using wine (Vino Trebbiano Bianco di Romagna, Vino Moscato Piemonte), sugar, alcohol, infusion of aromatic herbs and spices (mint, thyme, china calissaia, rosemary, cardamom, oregano, orange peel, lavender).
Contains Sulphites
Ruta Maya Cocolime Rum is silky, warming and fresh thanks to the combination of lightly toasted and creamy coconut, balanced with fresh lime zest.
Double filtered light rum blended with artisanal pressed coconut sourced locally.
The blend is then enhanced with a lime infusion produced by the Belize Citrus factory and a natural sugar cane syrup made onsite.
Ruta Maya Coffee Rum is infused with real roasted coffee beans, deep and intense with a buttery smooth finish.
The coffee beans are carefully sourced from Guatemala using only Pacamara arabica type, which is grown at a veryhigh altitude of no less than 1000 ft.
The Coffee beans are then roasted locally in Belize and pressed into high proof double filtered spirit to extract the chocolate, buttery flavoured notes of this exquisite coffee.
Ruta Maya Rum Ouro has light hints of butterscotch and charcoal with a citrus fruit finish. A natural blend of rums aged 3-5 years in ex Kentucky bourbon casks.
Ruta Maya Rum Blanco is well known for its subtle sweetness, smoothness and a light citrus flavour, made from high-test molasses sourced from the Fairtrade Certified Belize Sugar Industries. The molasses is then naturally fermented, column distilled for a smoother taste.
Crystalline colour, dense body, mineral flavour, strong agave and wood flavour.
Dark caramel colour with golden and amber tones. Vanilla, caramel, chocolate, dried fruits, spices, and oak notes, faint agave flavour. 3 years in barrel.
