Toschi

This is a sweet liqueur with an alcohol content of only 24% by volume, with whole blueberries. The health-giving properties of blueberries make it as good for you as it is delicious.

The range of products bottled in alcohol by Toschi now extends to an excellent product much used in Italian patisserie: classic baby babas with rum and Lemoncello. Excellent accompanied by crème Chantilly, custard or zabaglione. Serve with coffee, hot chocolate or use as a garnish for ice-cream.

Vignola cherries met alcohol in 1945, when the Toschi brothers got the idea of bringing a traditional local product to the Italian and international market.

Toschi have been producing Nocino liqueurs since 1945. This Lemoncello from Toschi was made naturally by steeping natural lemon peel in alcohol, without added preservatives or colouring. It works as a digestif or an ingredient in cocktails or long drinks.

Sour cherries are one of the most famous Toschi's products. Today, just as sixty-five years ago, only the very best black Sour cherries are carefully selected, stoned and sweetened. They are ideal as a garnish for desserts, cakes, to create very special ice-creams, milkshakes and in cocktails.
Once the cherries are finished, it is possible to use the syrup for thirst-quenching long drinks, cocktails, ice lollies, water-ices and milkshakes.
